I saw a post on Google Maps Help directing people here for Street View support, but I’m not sure If I’m posting to the correct forum.
I’m using an Insta360 One X and as others have reported I’m having my panos rejected. Some are only showing a black screen. Here is one of the rejected photos.
I’ve tried uploading through the Street View app on a Pixel XL and a LG G8X, but neither work.
When importing panos, I’m finding that I’m limited to only 25 at a time. After I make the first 25 public the next batch will show up in private.
Lastly, (this problem is new to me) making pictures public will stop working sometimes. The progress bar will reach about 90% and stop.
Yes, is correct. On the Local Guides community there is an area that is exclusively reserved to the Street View Trusted Photographers, where to ask questions like your, and to interact directly with the Street View Moderators.
To access the area you need an SVTP badge. As you have more than 50 pano uploaded on Maps, you simply need to move to On the “available for hire” switch on your profile on the Street View App, to activate the procedure for receiving the badge.
There is actually an issue about rejected 360, and the team is working on it.
I am tagging here @mihal20 for checking your status, btw the issue is known, and there are a lot of reports about that
This is the place to ask such questions as mentioned above. Here you may find discussions between Local Guides - a global community of Google Maps members who like to contribute so that Google Maps information is more accurate and can help others. To learn more about each topic you can visit this post.
Following the tips you were provided you’ll be able to use the help from the Street view discussion section too.
Please note that I have accepted @ErmesT 's reply as a solution as it gives the complete answer to your question.
All the situations described seem to be related to the ongoing issue with the publication and connection of 360 photos on Google Maps.
Our engineers found where this issue is starting from and they are working to solve it asap. Soon they will also work on putting back live the missing 360 photos.
Ripubblicare le foto rifiutate dal sistema, che verranno messe in coda per il controllo manuale;
Aspettare la seconda settimana di Gennaio quando il sistema di auto moderazione sarà attivo nuovamente: il controllo con effetto retroattivo avverrà in circa quattro giorni;
In caso di necessità, rimaniamo a tua disposizione.
Perdonami, non avevo notato che non hai il badge Street View trusted.

Any ideas when this is going to be fixed? I created several panoramas using Theta Z1 camera and tried uploading using the GSV app. Some upload and some got rejected. I also a Matterport service provide and tried upload to GSV through that and publishing was rejected 3 times. Matterport tech support told me the issue is on the Google side and there is no timeline for a fix.
The last update from last week is that our engineers are doing further testing of the improvements to the auto-moderation system before they start the reprocessing of the affected 360 photos.
Once these improvements are in place, it will take 3 to 4 days to reprocess all the rejected 360 photos.
At the moment it seems that the issue is affecting only photos taken with 360 camera.
Yesterday I submitted three photos. The only one made with a Ricoh theta was the only one that has been rejected Those made manually with the Phone got automatically accepted
sorry to inform you that the issue still persists.
Photospheres taken in high-density areas (cities, places near roads where the google car already passed) are getting refused instantly, and then accepted in 10 days.
Photosphere taken in low density areas (mountains, small towns, places far from roads) are getting instantly accepted.
Moreover, it seems that photos taken with 360 cameras (like the Ricoh Theta SC) are getting refused no matter what.
According to this thread “https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/144236335” the issue is fixed. However, I just uploaded to virtual tours to GSV for local business. It has been more than 24 hours. It seems that some images were not approved and several links between the images are not correct.
In my street view profile, I have 3 tours with total of 65 images. However, when I look at statistics it says only 46 approved.
Any idea how this issue can be resolved once and for all. I use Pano2VR software to upload images to my GSV account.
I am struggling. I shot 1 panorama on a Theta Z1, I have uploaded it, there are no people or cars in the image. Its instantly rejected, I have waited the proprietary 24-48 hours and it simply does not connect. IT shows up on my account in Safari but when I click on it to view it defaults to Googles picture which is on the other bridge.
I also tried uploading directly from Pano2VR, the programme that I use to create my tours. It connects to my account, shows my uploads and views. The app one my iPhone shows rejected and the black screen of death.
This is my first upload, 1 picture and it failed. Can someone please tell me if I have done anything wrong my end?
