How i can add picture to street view from my computer. i took about 150 pics and would like to uploaded those to street view? I can’t use my phone to do it.

You can upload 360 images directly to Google Maps from your dekstop, but it’s not a best practice, as the images could work in a weird mode.
The best option is to upload to Google Drive and then download on your smartphone from Google Drive, import the images in Street View App and then publish.
If you have no smartphone or you can’t use you should use a third party tool, like gothru.co to upload your 360 to Google from your desktop.
