How do you claim your free Google storage?

I have reached level 4, and I have not received any information on getting the extra google drive storage. I have had a look around to try and found how to claim this, but have not been able to find anything. Does anyone know the process that I can follow or give tips on what is the best thing to do.

The promotion for 100 GB (for one year) ended on April 2017, so the information that you have is outdated.
