Why my photos impact which was close to 2.864.306 has become zero too… ??

What do I do when I have reported a problem for an address I am responsible for dozens of times and it doesn’t get fixed? I am tired of lost deliveries and vendors.

If you are referring to a residential address, ask for assistance in the Google Maps help forum, Local Guides Connect is not the place to get Maps’ issues addressed.

I found out that the Zam Zam Hotel & Convention where we held a meet-up on Google Maps was listed as a 3-Star Hotel. After I asked the management, the hotel already got a certificate to be a 4-Star Hotel. And this also happened in several other hotels in my area, like 5-Star Hotel The Shalimar Boutique Hotel Malang which is still listed as a 4 Star Hotel on Google Maps. I can’t edit it because it’s not in the report problem menu.
How to report and fix it?

The business owner or person managing the particular listing, needs to update the information or alternatively reach out to Google My Business Help Center.
hie, can i get an admin, i am trying to mark a store that is open on google map, but closed long ago in real life, i have tried to say its close 3 time already, even with picture, and its refuse, how come ? what is the point to be a high level if whatever we do is checked again and again but still not taken intop account when we transmit a real information ?

In regards with you question, could you please send us the Google Maps URL of the place you’re trying to edit or provide us a screenshot?
In the meantime, please try to mark again the place as permanently closed by suggesting an edit. Please keep in mind that if this is a claimed business place on Google Maps, the owners will be able to mark their location as permanently closed.
Please keep in mind that after editing a place it may take time until it gets reviewed. Here you can read more Why my edit status was pending or not applied?

like i said i already try to mark it 3 times, last time i even provided a picture of it i took with my phone and you can see its permanently close, even if its a claim business high level should be able to do some change because its a franchise and if the guy who manage the page was fired or doesnt give a …it will stay open forever and people wont understand why google map say its open or even exist
its a supermarket by the name of " carrefour city"

i would also like to point out that the option to upload a picture should be updated

what is the point to have an integrated system within google if link from your own service are not recognise
so in order to get the view i had to do a screen capture, and of course uploading the image, but i can’t because this time a get a size limit with this message
The file carrefour.PNG exceeds the maximum file size of 3072K. Reduce the file size and try again.
the way it work to tell you a problem is a big bother, no one will report stuff if they get blocked like this and take them to write an email with attachement, you should add an option for street view picture, how come it still doesnt existe since this service is starting to be old has time

please give more right to high level, taking almost 20 minutes in my day to correct something that i can’t correct with my phone in 5 sec is a really big issue, what is the point to be certified, high level or else if we can’t do or job/help

i tried again to mark has close some business that have been so for years, and some that don’t even exist ( i guess someone thought that he had to put his name in maps)
but again, in less than few minutes my contribution was invalide
some of them even have a “le fichier existe pas” explaination, translation " the file doesn’t existe "…what in the world is that explaination ?

also quick question, do we allow apartment listing on maps ? there are some company and private owner that list apartments for rent, what are we supposed to do about it ? if it’s private ? if it’s business ? its ok ?

In regards with the places you’re sharing, please keep in mind that all businesses are allowed to be present on Google Maps as a part of the Google My Business platform. The appartments for rent are places that could be reported as private homes, because basically they’re not claimed businesses. Please feel free to report them by suggesting an edit > remove this place > mark as private place or home.

@SandeepMallick what do you mean exactly? The Android app crashing all the time? I have had this a couple of times in the last few weeks. It then was fixed automatically after a few days.
As a workaround, I found that I could just do a Google search for a city name and then click on the search result from Maps to still open the Maps app.
Hi @AriMar , Recently I have marked some private home. A maximum of these was not accepted. But, I surely know that all of these are private homes! What would be the reason?

The locations you’re trying to edit are different - some of them are businesses and others are points of interest. For the businsses on Google Maps, please be informed that the owners will receive a notification about the change you suggested and will decide by themselves if the information is accurate or not for applying. About the points of interest, as you are not able to edit such locations on Google Maps, please feel free to send us feedback.
