Especially in Germany and other German speaking areas, I frequently experience wrongly translated or missing categories. Not “exotic stuff”, but categories which are really used quite regularly.
Example: I own a camper van. Places for overnight parking are marked in German Maps as “Wohnwagen-Parkplatz”, which is incorrect. A “Wohnwagen” is a caravan / trailer. A place for staying overnight with a campervan would be a “Wohnmobil-Stelllplatz”. “Wohnwagen-Parkplatz” is especially wrong, because trailers / caravans are explicitly NOT allowed on these places. So it’s completely misleading. Who takes care of stuff like this?

How about report on lost Local Guide points from Level 7 to Level 6. I’m down to 600 points now before I had over a thousand and more than four reviews counted. Where do I report this?
My address is wrong on google maps but i can’t correct it.
I live in Royal court - Postcode is SE16 7TA
But googlemaps tells me I live in Queen of Denmark Court which is the building opposite and the wrong address. Every time I try to correct it - it tells me the change is accepted - but Royal Court is replaced by Queen of Denmark court every time. And the cycle continues.
What can I do please?
We live on a private road with no name but they have called the road Queen of Denmark Court and I can’t seem to change it.
Google does not seem to have a record for Royal Court in that part of town, you may want to ask for assistance in the Google Maps help forum, including the location of Royal Court.
I have an edit request in Google Maps that I CAN NOT seem to get resolved. I have repeatedly over the last couple months requested this same edit, but it keeps getting denied. The edit involves renaming a section of road way currently defined at CR214 over to CR210. This section of road lies between Hwy 87 and FM 1116 in Gonzales County, Texas.
I currently live and own land on this county road. See attached image displaying the sign CR210.
My question I have is, how do I escalate this edit request to a higher level editor to get this issue resolved.

@AriMar . I have been reporting/flagging image problems for quite some time. Inappropriate (e.g., personal pictures), blurred, not of the place, etc. etc… then I wait a few weeks and go back to see if those images are still there and low-and-behold! so they are still there.
SOoo, what is the use of my valuable time invested in an attempt to have Maps be an elegant and professional looking platform; so that my work shines along with those LGs who take their endeavours and commitments seriously?
By the same token the issue is just as egregious when it comes to the reviews themselves. i.e., poorly written, and lots of typos, stolen images, plagiarism… fake reviews.
@VBenedict I was referring to the Google Maps app on an Android device. I still face the problem occasionally that this app crashes when I try to start it
Reporting an incorrect road name for this road can be tricky and the reason why the maps team may have not done anything. The current reporting interface is poorly implemented for this type of cases, Maps used to have a good interface for road edit reporting and was replaced with this poor interface instead.
The problem is because CR 210 extends between FM Road 1166 and U.S 87, but the road to the south of U.S. 87 is actually CR 214.
If you report on the web version of Maps and select the option to select the entire road you would be selecting not only the incorrectly named road segment but also the correctly named segments of CR 214.
If you wish to select only the incorrectly named segments, there is no functionality to do that, for reasons that nobody understand Google removed the functionality to pick and choose the segments, so you would need to report all the incorrectly named segments one by one.
I would suggest that you report this matter in the Google Maps help forum at
Do not type anything in the “Describe your issue” field at the top of the page, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click instead the Ask now → link to start your own thread.
The experts in that forum should be able to escalate the matter to the Maps support team, provide in your post the location of the road and any necessary explanation and the picture you posted here, include also a screen capture of the automatic e-mail you received after submitting your suggestion because it would be required to check the date you submitted your report. The experts in that forum have to wait at least 30 days from the moment the user submitted the report before they can escalate the matter.
@JanVanHaver we are being breached gradiously. Nist.gov DHS, the FBI, and NYS have been reporting serious vulnerabilities in not only Android OS but in Apple’s iOS.

Hello! I have some problem. I want to add some new places or to change location of some places, I make pictures correctly with opening hours, but all my requests are rejected with a comment: the place has already been added. But when I try to find this place through the search of Google maps, I couldn’t do this.
Actually earlier I wrote to the community of google maps and they say me that this problem called the attack of of Ricardo Millos. Ok, I understand, but what we can do? I can’t add any place, but there are a lot of mistakes in Russian Google maps, I want to rectify them. I can’t just only add photos.
