The process of verifying takes too long. I submitted two closures of business three months ago and its still pending. Meanwhile., I was led to a false business address last week and immediately reported it but going by the standards, not sure when it will be taken care of. I understand that there must be a lot of reports to go through but the amount of time taken to verify the reports is absolutely unacceptable.

It doesn’t look like your account has been suspended, because you are currently posting from it. Have you tried to clear Cache and Cookies? If yes, please make sure that Google Maps is up to date.
However, you’ve done all of the things that I’ve mentioned above, please provide us with the following information:
- the model of your phone
- the version of your OS
And last but not least, can you let me know if you are experiencing this malfunction when you are logged in on another device/computer?

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, but please note that there are regions around the world where there simply is not enough information for some edits (feedback) to come through successfully or immediately. This is why some of them are approved faster than others. The more information you (and other LG’s) collect about a place gives your edit a better chance of getting through.

@KlaudiyaG i ce done all the things. I cleared cookies and cache, I installed the latest version of Google maps.
On computer everything looks fine, but if I add my account on other phone the map will be grey.
Phone model: OnePlus 5T
Android 9
But it doesn’t matter the phone, because if I add my account on another phone the maps have the same problem

Hi @KlaudiyaG , The wrong address where I was led astray was in Hong Kong and the other wrong address is in Newark USA. If you are implying that major cities like these don’t have enough information coming in for the maps team to decide whether a place needs correction, I am not sure which kind of places have better inputs from users.I also would like to know how to report guides since I have found multiple bots with high guide levels in google maps.

I work for the City of New York. “Workforce1” is a branded service provided at designated Centers around NYC.
While this particular library has been used for occasional events, it IS NOT a “Work Force 1” location.
There is no option to edit this location and we have been getting reports of individuals being misdirected to this location instead of an actual Workforce1 Center.
Ideas?

Here I share you a problem - search for ICICI Bank Pandri, Raipur search in maps will show you ICICI Bank Branch and ATM, Bank Branch Opens at 9.30 Am and closes 4.30 pm this time is correct for Branch but ATM is open for 24 hr so two-timing to be mentioned or listing should be two.
I m getting bored of giving reviews etc kindly add some more spice to make it interesting

If you have a suggestion for a new feature you would like to see on Google Maps or Connect, I suggest posting it in the Idea Exchange.
This will give other Local Guides a chance to vote for your idea. When posting there, make sure to only include one single idea per post and to explain it as detailed as possible.

Il y a dans ma région plus de 10 000 fausses fiches google maps, dans les activités serrurier,vitrier,électricien,plombier et chauffagiste. C’est la même entreprise qui utilise des noms différents et un numéro de téléphone similaire et qui profite d’une faille ou je ne sais quoi afin d’arnaquer des gens .
Lorsque je les signale j’ai la mention “non appliquée” je sais plus quoi faire je vous demande votre aide.

Why day by day google maps is becoming so FAQ, I Had been reporting, marking the profile duplicate since a week but every time I find a mail stating its published but when I check its never done, why? If at all I get a reply from connect modrators they ask indirectly why are you so much interested in it?? If this is the attitude of ppl over here then what is the sense in correcting the google maps or why ppl need so called guides?? See screenshot there is another issue too in it, between 7th and 6th street lakshmipuram madurai tamilnadu India there is only one shop ie Rajmahal silks that has door No 47,48 but within the same place map is also showing New Original ghee sweets that has door number 227, I had been moving marker but every time ppl send FAQ mail but never do any changes why?? How can 227 and door No 47 be side by side??? Ppl dont even change even after being at those locations while correcting, why???
