Hi,I’m Siva Prakash,a level 7 local guide from india.I was wondering whether people like us can post StreetView/360 panorama of a place.
Does that require special qualifications or Do i have to enroll in some document before i can do?
I’ve seen several StreetView/360 before,I’m curious in knowing how.

are you trying to get the Street View Trusted badge?
Regarding your question, in the past the Street View Trusted Photographer were allowed to embed Street view photos on Local Guides Connect (this community).
Actually this permission has been suspended, for security reasons. Only Moderators are allowed to embed 360° photos on Connect. Hopefully the security issue will be solved, so to have again the possibility for SVTP to post their 360° photos here. Feel free in any case to share a link of your photos in a post.

I am Rituraj.
As you asked you want to post some 360 pictures and panorama pictures. So first you have to click a picture in panoramic manner or 360. You can use third party apps or Google camera app gives you these features.
@siva_prakash Yes, we can post 360 photos to places. But for this, we will have to StreetView app. Using this app you can add 360 photos to POI of Maps.
But we cannot post street view yet. A program for this is still in beta.

You can download the Streetview App from your app store onto your phone and submit 360° to Google Maps through the app.
You are also able to connect an external 360° camera if you have one and import your images that way.
Your Streetview profile is linked with your Local Guide profile and will show your level and how many photos you have contributed. Once you have 50 Google-approved 360° photos you are certified as a trusted Streetview photographer and will earn a badge. You are also then eligible to be hired to shoot these types of images if you wish.
Google takes about 24-48 hours to approve a 360° photo submission so if yours has not yet been approved just check back in later
