Name of dish - Manchurian gravy.

Recipe- Cabbage, Chinese salt, Corn starch, Green chillies, Refined flour.

Cooking - take 1 kg of cabbage and chop them finely and remove all water from the cabbage by mixing salt into it . Now mix corn starch and refined flour into fined chopped cabbage , if you want to add food colour in the mixture it’s own your choice like usually we add red food colour, now make small balls from the mixture and cook them well in fryer till they turn brownish those ball will look like they are burned from outside but they are not it’s because of cabbage, so don’t worry cook them well now after cooking the balls you need to make gravy for the Manchurian.

Gravy- Take full mug of water keep it for boiling on the gas now mix s veggies into it and add salt in the gravy depend on your taste now add some corn starch to it because it will make the gravy more like jelly ,cook it for 10- 20m and mix those Manchurian balls in it there you go your dish is ready
