The temple is of lord Krishna @ThanulakshanS . Radha is his wife so the temple has a name Radha-Krishna Temple.

Actually it’s a standard hiking route that foreigners also use to hike. But they extend their journey up to Nagi Monastery (Gumba) .
Also it’s a trail for runners that you might have seen in the video. But it can be riskier to run in hills for non-professionals.
We had shortened our journey to Budhanilkantha from middle to have a half day hike.
