On the sidelines of Connect LIVE in Bengaluru in October 2025, Santosh took the time to present me with an amazing certificate of appreciation.
I had the privilege and honor of participating in the series twice on topics of small business and accessibility.
Thank you, dear Santosh, from the bottom of my heart, for the invitation, the opportunity to share my views and experience on the two topics, and for the felicitation.
This certificate is made of sheet magnet and sits on my shelf, right in my sight all day.
I can see it all the time and feel the warmth of friendship, camaraderie, and a feeling of gratitude towards one of my best buddies on Connect

The expression I shared was born out of a genuine sense of gratitude, heartfelt words from my heart to yours. The launch of the Ghumakkad Gossip (GG) series marked the beginning of a remarkable journey, and your presence and contribution have been integral to it. Your message during both the meet-ups, one on Supporting Small Businesses and the other on Global Accessibility Awareness Day, was received with immense appreciation by the participants. I can proudly say that many new Local Guides found renewed inspiration and purpose following the GG kick-off session.
