Exprto Mentorship Programme for IIT and NEET in Gurugram Haryana is completely a fake. It takes money and do not provide any service. They are not receiving the calls also. They are deleting all the honest reviews given by students. Only the 5 star reviews given by their team members are visible to others.

Hello @Priya1 , thank you for sharing this, while i see there are also 1-star reviews in their Google Map Profile, you can always report fake 5 star reviews to the google if you see any fake review in any business’s Google Map profile

Many businesses purchase reviews from review providers, raising concerns about the authenticity of online feedback. Surprisingly, Google hasn’t been able to curb this practice effectively.

Hay @Priya1
I share with you helpful Link, Support.google.com & support.google

Thanks

@Priya1, thank you for sharing this. Report this issue, and make Google Maps safe for all. Please follow ErmesT comment. Thank you.

I am also reporting it personally. But there are so many fake reviews, which one will you forward? Google’s system needs to change. A person living in Istanbul, Turkey can comment on a business in Ankara. In fact, that person has never been to that business in Ankara. Here’s the problem.

There are many five star reviews. There aren’t even any comments in these comments. Only five stars were given and shared. The only comments of those who made this comment were made to that business. This is exactly the problem.

They are clearly violating Google Policies. Google is not doing any work on this issue. Comments without commentary should not be allowed. Location history should allow commenting to match. Must be able to leave a review when visiting a business or workplace using Google Maps.

There will be those who abuse this. Again, it’s Google’s job to keep track of this. If the person spends a lot of time at that business with the account they commented on, that comment should be deleted.

They have deleted my honest comments multiple times. Unfortunately, this is the case. I hope Google’s top executives are reading these comments. I hope they will take the necessary precautions accordingly. If they ignore this situation, an alternative site to Google will definitely appear in the future. This is a bad experience for Google too.

There are hundreds of local guides in Turkey who give reviews for money. On forum sites, everyone writes that they comment in exchange for money. If I can identify these local guides, I will report them to Google.
