Ewa Agoyin Recipe

Dear @HelloSamsonR , hope all’s well.

We’ve been trying to find Ewa Agoyin in Western Australia for a while now. Still looking for a restaurant that serves this dish.

Can you please share us the recipe for Ewa Agoyin and we’ll try to recreate this dish at home?

Thanks Samson. Love and kindest regards from Osaka78

Hello @Osaka78forTRUMP the link below will show you all you need to make Ewa ( the pea-eyed beans) to the sauce ( Agonyin). Thanks to @Sagir who brought your difficulty to my notice.

Also note that how spicy the sauce gets depends totally on your preference as well as how Madhya the beans gets. Once you get the basic ingredients right, you can always twitch here and there .

As we know, cooking is an art best drawn from the heart. Enjoy the Nigerian delicacy.
