Discussion on Local Guides 2026 Star Videos

Bonjour @Annaelisa @WilfriedB @AdamGT ,

Hello @Annaelisa

I’m sorry to hear that the snow and cold are getting to you but nice to see that you have tried the new star views history tables. Because of the problems you faced on mobile since these tables were introduced, this new way of generating them was predicated on your experience.

Yes as you have by now discovered it has been designed for both star photos and star videos.

Do check the latest version though as as well as the right calculations, you now have design options

Great to see that you also have tested this new feature and that you find it much simpler @claude_richard.

Danke @AdamGT, nur noch ein Hinweis.
Der Link zum Fotoalbum in deinem Hub führt zum Fotoalbum 2025 und nicht 2026.
Die Video Anzeige ist richtig im Video-Album 2026.

Wouldn’t work on my phone, but looks really nice on my laptop. The additional columns of course are useless for my red star photo, but it’s quite interesting to see the monthly differences for my star video.

Is it your desire @AdamGT that we should all go back and update our tables, or just leave January alone as the old version is already uploaded?

Thank you @Annaelisa I will check this out and correct it.

@tony_b what exactly wouldn’t work, taking a screenshot or using the image copy feature? Also what phone are you using and what OS?

Useless but tell the story. They are of course more interesting when you don’t had a red or dying star!

Not at all @tony_b I’ve just updated my star video to show one of the design options but leave it as is for January and update in February.

I get this error message:

Samsung A56 - Android 16

Thank you for this substantial Improvement. I’m looking forward to trying it out.

Hallo @tony_b, wenn ich auf den Button “in Bild konvertieren” tippe, lädt mein Smartphone das Bild automatisch in meine Bildgalerie. Es dauert nur einen Moment.

I’m getting the error before I reach that page @Annaelisa. It is as soon as I tap Star Photo or Star Video under the Star Views Tables section of Pro Features.

Aber angemeldet bist du im T 100 System, ich frage deshalb, weil sich neuerdings die Seite automatisch darstellt und ohne Anmeldung funktioniert es nicht. @tony_b

Works for my too @tony_b. Which browser do you use under ? I also have Android 16 and just tried it with Samsung Internet browser and the T100 system did download the image file. Probably @AdamGT needs to look into this.

You seem to be the odd man out @tony_b so this suggests something local!

But thanks for the details. Before releasing I tested on both iOS (both Chrome and Safari) and Android and works fine. The error suggests that you may have had the T100 already running in another session on the same device. The best way to test this is to make sure that you are actually logging in and testing this new feature on that specific T100 session. Another way to test this theory would be to restart your phone and before you do anything else run the T100 and see if you can use the new convert to image feature. Let us all know how you go.

Thanks Alfred,

It is a substantial improvement. I can only think of one better way of doing this but it requires more development work so let’s see how we go with this approach for now.

I use the Chrome browser on my Android @WilfriedB

Thanks @AdamGT and @Annaelisa. I logged out of T100, then restarted the phone, logged back in, and now all is well.

But of course, it is unlikely that I will be using the mobile option for this anyway. :grinning:

Perfect, so we’re all good and everyone is happy

Yes, but Part 2 of the signature issue is still a puzzle. Whereas “null” is resolved, the actual brick only shows up in Chrome on the computer, while there is just text on the phone and in Edge on the computer.

Not just my signature. See example of your signature in the recent response.

Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of this @tony_b. Please take a screenshot of your signature field making sure all content is shown.

This is what I see when I use my phone or the Edge browser on my computer.

And this is how it looks from Chrome on my computer.
