In Sumatra, people knew Kopi Talua or Egg Coffee. Kopi talua made from coffee, egg and milk. The coffee made in boiling water. When the barista boiled water, he shaked egg with blender in couple minutes. Then mixed the egg with the coffee and gave condensed milk to make sweet. Kopi talua usually drink in the breakfast time or coffee time in noon. We could find kopi talua in small caffe called Bopet or Kedai Kopi in Sumatra.
I love drink coffee, in my country Indonesia have a lots of variaty of coffees. The name’s came from the region like in Aceh Sumatra, known as Aceh Gayo and Ulle’ Kareng, Bajawa from North East Timor, Tana Toraja and many more.
