Hawley Street Art mural on a building wall PC:Mahabub Hasan
Wandering through the vibrant streets near Camden Market in central London, specifically Harmood Street & Hawley Street, I couldn’t help but notice the unique urban art adorning buildings on both sides. While graffiti may cover the walls, it adds an unconventional charm to this popular tourist spot. During my October 2023 visit, I captured some captivating snapshots of this street art, and I’m excited to share these moments with you.

@MahabubMunna your exploration of Camden’s street art is absolutely inspiring! It’s incredible how you’ve captured the essence of this unique London area with your snapshots. Graffiti often gets a bad rap, but your photos show how it can truly transform urban spaces into vibrant, open-air galleries.
@MahabubMunna Camden is a very unique place. I was there in 2015 (I guess ), however I didn’t pay much attention to street art back then. Now having an opportunity to visit this neighborhood would be a treat for me. Thank you for sharing!
This is a nicely painted post, @MahabubMunna . The graffiti works look really pretty. This is amazing how the painters always come up with the ideas of decorating the walls and transform them into something great! With the touch of their paints, these walls seem to start talking. Thank you for this beautiful post, Mahabub. I had a chance to visit Wynwood Walls, in Miami, Florida and witness some beautiful graffiti arts. Wynwood Walls is known to be the pilgrimage for the graffiti art. Here are some of the photos taken by me at Wynwood, while attending a meetup hosted by @SP31 , back in Jan 2018.
Oh, such great memories @SoniaK ! Was that really only 2018?! Time flies! thanks for bringing my attention to @MahabubMunna 's post and this lovely memory of our time in Wynwood .
I love street art and the photos you took perfectly capture the vibrant colors. The second to last painting of the lady looks so realistic. It was also nice to see the photo of you smiling and truly having a blast out there!
