This is a very remote island in the province of Catanduanes in Bicol Region. It is one of the three islands of Palumbanes that is occupied by a barangay on the other side and this shoreline. A two night spent here is worth it for backpackers because there ain’t a decent room available on the island. There are tiny cottages though. It is a very secluded place and electricity is available through each resorts generator that echoes on the island. You also have to bring your own drinking water. But the trip is worth it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It is a very amazing place.
Is it your first visit there? How many days did you stay there?
I have never been to this place. One day if I visit the Philippines, I will definitely visit this place.

Hi @Aruni thank you for warm welcome.
It was our first visit there. Due to lack of drinking water, we stayed for a night and we have 2 kids on tow so we really have to go back to the mainland.
Will check on those topics. Thank you so much!
The beach is itself is safe.
@Aruni that is the sunset shot before we retreat to our tent. It is safe and you can just watch the kids play on the shore but the travel is not suitable for tots. From the capital of Catanduanes, it will take three to four hour zigzag road trip then a 45 to 50 minutes boat ride.
