I hope you all are excited 
to know how we planned and enjoyed our journey from 17th & 18th September.
Our Connect Live journey truly began when LG formed new WhatsApp groups — Connect Live 2025/and many more — bringing Local Guides from different cities together. Slowly, all our planning started taking shape.
Being a teacher, I always prepare Plan A and Plan B. As soon as the first round of invitations came, LGs created groups like:

Bangalore Mega Meet-up 2025
Mumbai–Bangalore 2025
Pune–Bangalore 2025
Delhi–Bangalore 2025
Women’s Meet-up 2025
LGs from different cities started planning together, and many of us decided to take the same flight. I was informed as ,we others got invitations at 2 nd round. Some even applied for leave immediately after receiving the invitation.
I came to know from @KashifMisidia Bhai that @Velvel from Indonesia & @SwetaDhondoo from Mauritius would be travelling to Bangalore live , kashif bhai gave my & @Shrut19 whatsapp no.and Sewta wrote to me will be staying in Mumbai, so we decided to stay together in Bangalore from 20-23rd September and explore together & return together Mumbai .
Coordinating With LGs
I coordinated with LGs from Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune, Delhi, Kalyan, and Mumbai — they were discussing stay on 17th September, at airport where to wait for everyone and the Nandi Hills.Attending Adiyogi meet -up was plan.
My Dream: Nandi Hills
My dream was to visit Nandi Hills for the sunrise and sunset.2-3 LGs advised me not to go because of the steep climb, & how will I step in bus , because they knew I don’t travel by bus ,but I said:
“I will go. ,I will get help to step in bus.
Even if I can’t climb to the rooftop, will request some to take photos for me. But I want to go.”
@Sagarkanherkar told me, “Ma’am, book a hotel on top,”
My kids were also worried about how I would manage luggage for 7 days, but I always believe:
Where there is a will, there is a way — and Waheguru ji always sends His angels to help me
Adiyogi Surprise
Tejal shared Naresh Darji’s post about Adiyogi, and I was excited because it was already on my wish list. Later I found out there is an Adiyogi in Bangalore too!
Tejal inform in group about Nandi hills she said she was alone ,I immediately confirm I want to come we both will share room.
She said joined Adiyogi group.
I confirm in group I & Tejal will stay together, did payment said please book hotel at top.
@AnshukMitra replied that the group had already planned to stay on the hilltop — KSTDC Hotel Mayura Pine Top, Nandi Hills.
Everyone agreed, and it was perfect. We were 10 LG’S in group.Initially, we were only 10 Local
Then I also messaged in the Mumbai–Bangalore group & other women’s group that I was going to Nandi Hills and would be staying at the top, I invited everyone to join so we could enjoy together.Make trip more memorable. Soon, more Local Guides joined in, and our group grew to 20.
I had also invited Sweta from Mauritius,but she mentioned her flight was late at night.It would be difficult to travel alone with vevel from Indonesia…I came to know that late night vehicle are not allowed to go top .
Group Support
“I told in group to LG’s to take care of me as I was travelling with a big suitcase for my 7-day stay. Immediately, everyone replied, ‘Don’t worry, ma’am, we are there.’
@NareshDarji Bhai even wrote to me personally, ‘Ma’am, you are like a mom to me. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything.’ I had already experienced this same warmth in Surat. Their love and respect truly touched my heart.”
Travel Arrangements
From Bangalore airport we will wait for LG’s from 11 am -2 pm together travel by bus , we decided to hire a bus. Everyone searched for a travel agent, and even @SalmaanN helped.
My mom’s cousin sister’s daughter-in-law gave a very reasonable quotation. She sent photos of the bus before taking any amount and said:
Didi, pay half at the airport and half after the trip.Share his number.
But we decided to pay on a token of ₹1100 in advance
“Packed With Love & Winter Care”
As it was raining in Mumbai i just took biscuit packet I had at home, I asked LG’s to get snacks for me. We planned some dry snacks two days before our journey, for tea time or munching in the bus.
Winter wear I got from Delhi last year 2024 .Got winter wears from Kashmir Sawal Lone Nazir a vendor comes to Delhi & sells Shawl , dresses.
Naresh Bhai also reminded everyone to carry a raincoat, umbrella, and winter wear.
I also prepared a list of essentials — medicines, cough kada, saunf, elaichi, salt & haldi, Electral, Vicks, Iodex .
Finally we went as per plan …on 16th
Naresh bhai was first to post bags packed gradually everyone started saying done till midnight .
On 17th morning wrote good night at 3 O’clock … Everyone was shocked some LG’s started their journey ,& wrote Good morning…To know Why I said good night …
