আমার একটি পছন্দের খাবার। বিশেষ করে ছোলামুড়ির সাথে তো সেই টেষ্ট।
আমাদের রোযার (ইসলামিক ক্যালেন্ডারের রমযানের মাসে মুসলিমদের উপবাসের মাধ্যামে উপসনা) ইফতারে মূল আইটেম হিসেবে থাকে বেগুনি, আলুর চপ, পিয়াজি ইত্যাদি।
অনেক ধন্যবাদ দাদা @PritishB @ এটি তৈরি সম্পপর্কে পোস্ট টি করার জন্য।

@TusharSuradkar It is usually a famous snack item that is available in all the street shops of Kolkata. As a street food it has special taste. It is usually not available in hotels. During your Kolkata visit, we will have it together!

বাংলাদেশের কিছু ভর্তা-ভাজি নিয়ে আরো দুই বছর আগেই লিখে রেখছি 
আপনাদের জন্য @PritishB দাদা। অবশ্য তখনকার লেখা বা ছবি কোনটাই আপনার ভালো নাও লাগতে পারে, তবে হাতে সময় থাকলে একটু পড়ে দেখতে পারেন। বৃষ্টি দিনের খিচুড়ি 
নিয়ে সামনে লেখা যেতে পারে। আপনারা বাংলাদেশে এলে বৃষ্টি না থাকলেও আপনাদের জন্য এই খিচুড়ি রান্না হবে আমার বাসায়। সুন্দর মন্তব্যের জন্য অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ। ভালো থাকবেন।

@AbdullahAM @PavelSarwar @MS_Pathan অবশ্যই দাদা। রমজান মাসে আমি আমার বন্ধুর বাসায় গিয়ে অনেক খেয়েছি। তাছাড়াও প্রায়ই সন্ধ্যাবেলা স্থানীয় চপ মুড়ির দোকান থেকে এনে খাই। বাংলাদেশ গিয়ে পুরান ঢাকায় কাচ্চি, খিচুড়ি খাওয়ার ইচ্ছে আমার প্রবলমাত্রায় আছে। আশা করি পরিস্থিতি স্বাভাবিক হলেই শীঘ্র যাবো। ভালো থাকবেন দাদা রা সবাই।
@TravellerG Yes sir, this is one of the most common item in both west bengal and in Bangladesh. replacing brinjal with other items is also possible, but the procedure changes accordingly.

Hello @PritishB and thank you for sharing these Beguni must be very tasty snacks.
Your post give to me the opportunity to speack about an iconic dish of our kitchen which is based on fried aubergines.
The aubergine is a very popular vegetable in Mediterranean cuisine and in Italy we have a much loved and absolutely fabulous recipe and it is called: the eggplant Parmigiana (Parmigiana di Melanzana) made in different regions with some variations of ingredients and methods of composition, as per the tradition of Italian cuisine this specialty is based on a few excellent ingredients, lots of flavor for a single dish: tomato, eggplant, basil and cheese.
