The really first time I was joining to be the Google Guide was the moment when I went to Jodan’s refugee camp to be an international volunteer.

During that time, I was still a university student, I traveled a lot with the google map. Most importantly, It helps me cross the obstacles with languages or communication problems. Therefore, I was thinking about way can I contribute more to the user like me? To help those who need to guide when you are in a foreign country. Since I have this honor to be a local google guide when I went to Jordan. I thought it might be a good start and also can let more people know about global humanitarian aid issues and the biggest refugee trend in human history.

As an Asian student, we rarely have a chance to see how big the world is, I like the moment when I put my effort into work, and let the dream come true. I had a dream when I was a kid, and I will never think that after 20 years later, I can truly lie in the dead sea and reading Taipei News (Taiwanese newspaper). Also, I shared this happiness with google and the user which might chase their dream.

I like the place which is full of history and meaning it makes me feel small and learn how to be humble. I take the benefit form the google map and I always want to do more about it. At the same time, Google Maps really help me to explore the world and guide me in a brighter way.
