Here is the menu and list of items available in this food truck. We ordered Sev puri and Samosa Chaat. Both were very tasty! Will go back here to try other items on the menu.

What is Sev Puri?

Sev Puri is made with crispy puri topped with potatoes, onions, tomatoes and a variety of chutneys, and finished with sev (thin gram flour noodles). Not much cooking involved here other than boiling the potatoes, just make a hole in the puri, stuff with all these ingredients! Sev Puri is also known as “Batata Puri” or “Sev Batata Puri”

What is Samoa Chaat?

Samosa chaat is made of a base of chana masala (chickpea curry) and samosa (savory fried pastries). Popular toppings include tamarind and cilantro chutneys, additional spices, thin sev, cilantro and onions, in this truck they also added yogurt!

You made me feel hungry in the middle of the night @jayasimha78 . Sev Puri and Dahi puri are one of the yummiest Indian street snacks.

By the way, which is your favourite Indian street snack?

I like it.

How to get translation?

@AnshukMitra That is a tough question! If I have to pick one, it will be Pav Bhaji with that big chunk of butter on it. I also like Masala Puri only available in Mysore and Bangalore food carts/chaat shops where they also sell Pani Puri and other chaats.

@jayasimha78
