A few tips to consider, @Aminesinecaliskan :
Do you have skills that will make it easy to get a job in another country? Health professionals and teachers are often able to find jobs everywhere.
Could you find a job in Turkey that will send you abroad and pay your salery and costs that will make it very easy.
You also need to figure out what countries will welcome you or not give you a visa. Understanding and getting a visa can be super complicated. Some countries will make it hard to keep immigration down.
How about your language skills?
Sometimes the most viable solution would be to save up money at home and then travel as a tourist. Visa is normally easier to get as a tourist.

There might be organizations that specialize in helping people to find jobs and get visas.
