Today I’m going to share about my trip to the National Park in Bengaluru India, named as Bannerghatta National Park. Along with the travel plans and what’s included in the national park, I have added tips at the end.
This national park is an amazing full day picnic with your family. It is around 35 - 40 kms far from central and you can go via Bus or cab(Ola, Uber) in Bengaluru.
Bus stand is exactly next to the national park main gate.
The ticket prices are 500 per person for the AC bus safari including zoo (via buggy or walking) and butterfly park (walking). Individuals can also do jeep safari with family 3000 INR, 6 people. Foreign nationals might have to pay extra.
Things to consider: - Take food packets with you cause it will be hectic. - Please keep some cash as food vendors don’t have any online wallet set up. - Evening cabs might not be available, so take a Bengaluru bus till Gopalan innovation mall and then book a cab/or go via bus to your destination. - There is one restaurant inside zoo, ‘Hill View’ but it will be packed always (understanding that some of you might go on weekends) Hope you guys have fun.
Thank you for sharing this with us the information is very useful. I would love it if you could add some photos and sharing more information about what you upload will help others to understand why you are sharing and why they should read your posts.
Thank you @Aruni for the edits. I’ve added the photo and description so that it will help more people. Somehow the post got spammed but it’s just clear now. Yay!
Thank you so much @BorrisS for doing that. It was my first post and I officially joined the local guide community yesterday. I got skeptical about my post and was wondering about the steps to bring my post back. Glad you did that. Yay!
