Did you click the photo yourself?
I can see the same pic on multiple websites which describe the Mahanakhon Rooftop Skywalk.
(I can’t either mention links to these websites or a snap of those as doing so is discouraged).
If the answer is no, you need to remove the current picture & substitute that with the one shot by you.

Nevertheless, in the photo, the faces of strangers are identifiable.
What is applicable for Maps, as outlined here, is expected to be followed on Connect also.
To protect the privacy of those, you have to blur the faces through any convenient photo editor.

I would like to suggest you read the following tips for uploading images and Add, remove, or share photos and videos on Connect. You could try to use the URL or use the option for HTML instead of the Rich Text Editor. You could try also to edit the size of the image and change the width.

This photo is Bangkok’s King Power mahankhon , is the largest skywall of bangkok for Skywall. I want that any people who wants to visit the bangkok , you must go at this time. It is definitely good to visit the hotel. Worth seeing this is the complete good the skywall. Big light does not make it worse. very nice. The tickets for this go are found in 800 baht. I tell all my friends that if everyone goes, then definitely go and enjoy this Sky wall It is very good and is very fun or goes from flower to flower. There is also a hotel here. You will get food and everything to take.
