I know Local Guides don’t earn points for adding roads through the Road Mapper tool on Google Maps—but that’s never stopped me. I enjoy contributing this way because every road I add could help someone find their way, reach their destination, or even get help in an emergency.

I’m so thrilled to share that I’ve added over 4,000 km roads and completed a 180-day streak on Road Mapper as of Sep 9, 2025. I’ve been contributing to Road Mapper since September 2023, and my passion for mapping grew even stronger after joining the 31 Day Road Mapper Challenge initiated by my friend @JustJake and the amazing team; @LightRich @tony_b @ShailendraOjha @TerryPG @MarcoDavoli @Rednewt74 @praveenkumar2022 @MrFreez

Thank you, Google, for giving us this tool to contribute. And thank you, my Local Guide friends, for your motivation and support—it keeps me going.

Now I’m more upset :cry: @PrasadVR. My longest streak was 178 days, just 2 days short of getting that pretty notification like yours. But I haven’t given up and am really looking forward to the upcoming TORM event. I’m at 3,486 Km now, so we’re very similar.
