I feel immensely proud to write the recap of this historic Scavenger Hunt meet-up.
My heartfelt gratitude to @Kristen_NYC for starting this brilliant challenge.
My participation in the first-ever global LG10ScavengerHunt was confirmed in the final hour, but that only added to the excitement! I arrived at the huge Omaxe Mall at Chandni Chowk with a blank slate and an open heart, eager to meet fellow Local Guides and dive into the day’s adventure.
The first part of the day was all about teamwork. It was great to connect with so many enthusiastic LGs! We worked together on a few fun tasks like capturing group photos and compiling a list of our collective contributions to the community.
A special thank you to dear Vikas @curatorofmemory for the delicious treat! The Masala Dosa and Filter Coffee from Vaango were the perfect fuel-up before we headed out for the main event.
Then, it was time to hit the streets of historic Chandni Chowk! The scavenger hunt challenges were a fantastic way to explore the amazing market, and we tackled them one after the other. Navigating the bustling lanes and discovering new spots was an absolute thrill.
We also took short break in between to do some Chai pe Charcha at the historic Nagori Tea Stall. @TusharSuradkar s chai pe charcha series is gaining amazing traction and popularity.
As a popular saying goes, team work is dream work. It was a team effort which led us to secure first position in the LG10 Scavenger Hunt leaderboard. I would like to sincerely thank each and every participant
@SharmaKK Sir - Your leadership, enthusiasm and expertise of knowing the inside out of Chandni chowk market proved crucial for us. Thank you for leading the team from start till finish
@Kumaarsantosh ji - Your unique experience and knowledge of Maps and Connect platform were invaluable to us, you were always ready to help and guide us to explore different shops and uploading reviews on Maps
@Gvipin Ji - Your contribution to the team in terms of quickly finding out the next challenge and providing tips on how to complete them were so important. Thank you for your constant support
@Shalz - Your experience as a vlogger and foodie proved to be crucial to explore different local businesses and speaking with the business owners of woman owned businesses. You were always there for the team, ready to dive in, contribute and share your thoughts
@Ruchee2 Your enthusiasm, energy and zeal to contribute and help us complete the challenges quickly was immense. It hardly felt like it was your first meet-up. I’m glad you enjoyed and learned from senior LGs.
@curatorofmemory Vikas ji Your efforts to quickly start off with the challenges of Scavenger hunt was exemplary. The energy and enthusiasm with which you helped us to decipher the challenge and then suggest the best ways to complete it were appreciable.
@The_GauravS It was only the second time we met during an LG Connect Meet-up, but your maturity, knowledge of Maps and the best ways to complete the challenges and how to capture the perfect photos was simply amazing to watch
@Nomad_Enkay Enkay - Your participation in every meet-up at Delhi NCR has always been an immense quality, and the energy and zeal you brought to the team was excellent. Special mention to your amazing photography skills, the ideas you and Gaurav provided proved to be decisive in us capturing the first position in the Scavenger Hunt leaderboard.
@Hemendu ji Your deep knowledge of Chandni Chowk and your energy, focus and dedication to complete the challenges were absolutely brilliant. Thank you for always guiding us in Delhi meet-ups.
