I am a vegetarian and I have lots to share here @DeniGu . A very very interesting post and really it’s mouthwatering to see the beautiful pictures.
Ice-cream cake without egg, gobi Manchurian, fried rice, curd rice and mango pickle.

Hi @DeniGu good post about vegetarian food. Another thing in India is we eat only vegetarian food during the festivals like Navratri, Diwali, pongal (ugadi, shankaranti) and other major festivals because we visit temples. When we visit temples we cannot consume non-vegetarian foods. Love all the vegetarian food from India.
