Hello @MortenCopenhagen , I received an email back from the appeal, and they confirmed that nothing is wrong with my account:

Yet, there are still 985 reviews and 6320 photos that are not public. This seems to be a never-ending story…

Am I able to tag a Google Moderator here to look into my case, as the forms clearly do not seem to be an answer to my problems here. The moderator team confirmed that nothing is wrong with my account, yet still so many reviews and photos not public.

Your help is really appreciated Morten!

Reviews published: 1029
Photos on my account: 19668
Photos published: 13348

That is good news. Without reading through all 40 replies in this discussion, please let me know if you have already used the form re hidden contributions. If so, when did you submit it?

Yes @MortenCopenhagen , I submitted the form on 22 September, and at that time I had 1065 reviews public.

Today, 1 November I have 1029 reviews public and it has stayed like that for weeks.

I think 6 weeks needs to have passed before we can be sure the “hidden form” was processed.

You can use the new smarter Bookmarks to remind you to pick up this discussion.

@MortenCopenhagen , the 6 weeks have passed since I filled in the secret form, but still 1000 of my reviews not made public yet.

What should I do? :sob:

@Stphn has now (mostly) patiently done all the steps and waits we recommend related to hidden reviews. From his public reviews, it is clear to me that he knows how to write authentic and helpful reviews, following all the guidelines.

Would you be able to step in and suggest any further actions or escalations to get this fixed?

@DeniGu , when would be an appropriate time to check again for the account investigation form? Currently it is nearly 8 weeks ago and I am desperate to write reviews again. I have 985 reviews and 6320 photos that are not public and it makes me sad that all of that time spent on it, was for nothing.

I feel lost that after almost 5 years being a Local Guide and writing so many reviews, that currently I cannot contribute anything anymore. :pensive:

Hi @Stphn, I haven’t heard anything from the team doing the account investigations. I gave them a nudge, but they’re looking at many other accounts at the same time, so I can’t give you a date by which this will be resolved.

Are you not able to write new reviews at all?

I can write reviews, but as there are more than 1000 reviews that are not published, I would like to have this solved first before I write any more reviews. I have at least 500 reviews more to write, and I would hate it spending so much time and then in the end none of them gets published. :smiling_face_with_tear:

I am extremely happy to share the update that after almost 2 months, the issue seem to be resolved. More than 900 reviews and more than 6000 photos have been published now. :blush::blush:

es freut mich sehr, dass alles in Ordnung gebracht wurde und die Arbeit nicht umsonst war.

Zurzeit verhält sich dagegen mein Google Maps äußerst seltsam.
Rezensionen stehen seit Tagen auf wird gepostet.
Bilder lösen sich in Luft auf.
Nur Videos werden ordnungsgemäß zugefügt und angezeigt.
Ich weiß mal wieder nicht was ich tun soll.

Perhaps you can ask Morten for help as well? It is indeed strange behaviour in Google Maps that I did not see since I started being a Local Guide.

Heute werde ich erst mal meine Beiträge zu den Bestenlisten von @AdamGT fertig machen und dann schaue ich in den nächsten Tagen nach dem Problem
