As we celebrate 10 Years of Local Guides Connect, I find myself looking back on a remarkable decade.
When I first began my journey as NareshDarji, I had no idea that I was stepping into such an incredible global family. Looking back, I realize my motivation was never about collecting badges, chasing likes, or reaching milestones.
My heart is, and has always been, firmly rooted in the community.

From my first meet-up to organizing community initiatives, mapping challenges, and preparing for events like the Namaste India Summit, one lesson has remained constant: people are the true heart of Connect.
Serving as a Local Guide and a Moderator is a privilege that goes far beyond individual achievements. It is about helping others, bringing people together, and keeping our shared home welcoming, supportive, and inspiring.
Over the years, I have seen many passionate Local Guides join the community and later move on to new chapters in their lives. People come and go—that is the natural rhythm of any platform.
But through changing faces, meet-ups, and mapping initiatives, my commitment remains unchanged.

Thank you to everyone who has walked alongside me, whether for a single post or for the entire ten years. Together, we have built more than a community—we have built friendships, memories, and a caravan that continues to grow.
