We are working as Travel and Rent Car Agency in Malang Indonesia and did everything we can to have good reviews from our clients. From 70 reviews we got 4.9 stars average rating. Suddenly we got 1 star rating from a local guide and based on our tracking he is working at our competitor.
Is there anyway we can drop this rating? As we are all aware that local guide should give neutral and objective review on subject, correct?
@n3m0 Hi there. I can see from the screenshot that the business owner has already claimed the business and has responded to the individual.
The best place to investigate and come to a resolution of this will be through Google My Business. Suggest that the business owner report this through the GMB forum.
I am not sure if you yourself are the business owner, so if you can help feedback to this to the relevant persons.
If you are the business owner and this account you are logging in to Local Guides is the same for the GMB account, just to let you know that Local Guides program is really for individuals to contribute to Maps, and not really for businesses.

You can also reach out to the Google My Business Help for some additional inquiries.
