I often make cakes on special days.
This is the picture of the cake that I made for my father’s birthday.
Bake Ladies Finger cookies and cut them to the desired size.
Let’s melt the sugar and burn it.
The sugar is so sweet, isn’t it?
Now add a little bit of whipped cream and mix it like crazy quickly.
Place plenty of natural salt on top of whipped a cream chamel. Dessert tastes deeper only when it’s sweet and salty.
If you put caramel cream and caramel glaze on well, you’ll have a nice cake like this way! I’m glad I made it for my first time.
In Korea, we also eat Korea dduck,rice cakes, and cakes on the anniversary day!
