01.02.1976. Belarusian. Education: high, Grodno State University, lawyer. At the age of 19, I initiated and organized the creation of the Republican Youth NGO "Belarusian Youth Union of Entrepreneurs." After its creation, I was appointed the director of this organization by the founders (Belarusian Youth Union Central Committee and President of the Union of Entrepreneurs and tenants of Belarus Kunyavskii M.S). I have the positive recommendation of the teaching staff of the Law Faculty of the Grodno State University. From November 1, 1999 to July 15, 2000 I worked as the director of law firm - СОДО "Адженти" Grodno. From July 4, 2000 to November 1, 2002 I worked as a lawyer at the Center for Information of the prices in the Grodno Regional Executive Committee. From August 1, 2004 I entered the Training Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, which graduated on December 29, 2004 with the best results among the students of the year 2004. From January 3, 2005 I started the active military service with the rank of "police lieutenant" in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. From April 4, 2005 I was elected as the secretary of the Primary organization of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" in Training Center of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. From April 27, 2005 on the report-election conference of the Moscow District Committee of Belarusian Republican Youth Union in Minsk, I was elected as a member of the Bureau of the Moscow District Committee of Belarusian Republican Youth Union in Minsk. From August 1, 2005, I was transferred for further service to Grodno to the Department of the combating economic crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. In 2006, I was a member of the Council on the coordination of youth policy administration in the October district of Grodno. I served in the police from 27.09.2004 till 19.08.2007. Married. My wife works as an teacher in Gymnasia №1 in Grodno. Bring up daughter, born in 2004. I was a candidate for deputy of the Grodno City Council of Deputies. I was a trustee of the candidate for the President of the Republic of Belarus Milinkevich A.V. From 01.07.2010 I have been working as a founder and the director of the «European Youth Enterprise Initiative».
