Generally, the best region for a selection of Pure Veg restaurants ,is East Ham.

As per my knowledge, Wembley is best region for pure vegetarian. 

I prefer to say visit Shayona Restaurant - Neasden (AT BAPS Swaminarayan Temple) if you looking pure vegetarian food & Sweets. This is one of the treatable place. Because of Shayona restaurant is one of the International standard vegetarian restaurant under BAPS Swaminarayan Temple.
