Missing Link Roads

There number of link roads that are not displaying on google yet, they could be helpful for the people in travelling by reducing the distance of their journey.

I tried to add a link road that is not on google, but google map does not allow me to draw or to select the area where that link road exists.

How to solve this Please reply.
