That's a pretty loaded question, really depends on what you like and where you are going to be in Vegas.
On the strip, wear comfortable shoes and check out all the different casinos. They are all different and many have some amazing food. If you are into shows, the Cirq shows are amazing....and I'm not really into shows. If you like amusement park type rides, NY NY has a coaster, the Stratosphere I am told is crazy fun. If you have the means, you can rent an exotic car and take a ride out to places off the strip in style 🙂
Off the strip, Red Rock, golfing, off road adventures in the sand, trip to Hoover Dam are all on the must do (as they fit your fun factor)

I enjoyed their variety of shows there, like the beatles, cirque de soleil, however I also encourage you to do the day trip to the Red rock canyon national forest, short drive but interesting view
