The UBE Biennale?

This began in outdoor sculpture exhibition citizen movement for the richness of the post-war city of beautification and mind as a trigger.
It continued to be held in one of the Biennale format to two years from 1961, celebrated the outdoor sculpture exhibition 50th anniversary in 2011.
