@Victoria_v, Which we call Ojja is called Shakshouka or even Shakhshoukha in Other countries. Our shakshouka is near a French dish called "Ratatouille". It's made of pepper, tomatoes, pumpkin and onions.

@Victoria_v, You need to be in Tunisia in the last days of August and the first days of September to taste the variety of fig i have already talked about. Even most Tunisians don't know it because it's expensive and perish quickely (very sensitive to transportation). Cheers
