@OSAMA this is a typical catalan toast breakfast or snack/night tea.

It's called "pan con tomate","pan tumaca" or "pa amb tomàquet".

Usually is served with a tittle of oliva's oil, garlic scrubbed on bread or your "forbidden food" non halal,Iberian ham.

I really love sushi...but I see food is not too much healthy hehe...Monster is bad for nervous people and heart...sweet and refreshing but no good.
