Love that your city's (?) garden also uses what many would be considered waste or trash and recycles and upcycles it to something beautiful for the community to enjoy and admire.  Does this garden get many tourists outside of India to visit? I bet this garden is very busy during the Holidays.

If all cities start using the waste in constructive manner, it will be a two way advantage

One the wastage is cleared

Secondly beautiful gardens are created
