Connecting your 360 images can be done in 2 ways:
1.Download the Street View App in your phone to build a tour - you have the option of attaching an external camera and using that too instead of the smartphone camera
2. Take images using a DSLR, use a stitching software and then use the uploader to post on Google maps.
Its a bit more cumbersome now, but the results are the same.
