Place marked as closed when it's very much in business?

There's a sandwich shop near me that's marked as "Permanently Closed".

I get food from there probably once a week..... it's very much open.

I've submitted to have it marked as NOT permanently closed about 6 times now, and it keeps getting "not applied".

Who do I talk to about this????

The correct place is "mapping your world" board, but the procedure is correct.

It takes a while for the map servers to get synced up with the latest information. If it is your business then contact Google My Business.

No, not mine.   Just a place I frequent.  Would be easy if it were my business! 🙂   Thanks.

@nate8088 I would suggest just check in once a while, probably after a few days / a week. One POI is not worth getting riled up over.

Or maybe the store is in process of setting up their GMB account too.. maybe you can ask them next time.

Thanks all for the suggestions.  I just figured I'd ask here since I'd submitted the "Mark as open" 3 or 4 times with it being "Not Applied", and also tried just creating it as a new entry at that location, which also got denied.... so I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong.

Not getting riled up, just an honest question to figure out if I'd screwed up the process.  Still learning over here, and figured maybe there was a specific method I should be using that I missed.
