Mistake with Pending place creation

Hi all,

I submitted a place creation request on Google Maps which is pending (and has been for about a week). Unfortunately I just noticed that the address on the place is wrong (by several suburbs). How can I cancel the pending request and start again?

Hey @AndrewJens,

Once you send a request for change or addition it can not be revert. If something wrong then you have to wait for approval or not applied.

I re-added it, but it's very frustrating that I can't remove a previous addition – that I added.

Hi @AndrewJens yes I agree, I've submitted a phone number change only to realise afterwards I'd accidentally transposed two digits so I understand the frustration. I'll move this post to the feature request board is the thread is likely to be read there by a Googler.
