Delete a "malformed" marker?

if found this marker:

https://www.google.it/maps/place//@44.3878426,7.5448768,34m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xcfb99cceac...

it has NO LABEL ( // without a label )

and it's not possible to delete/edit it.

where i can ask for the marker removal?

@DavyB which marker are you talking about? This is only a couple of coordinates, i think. Nothing to delete.

Hi @DavyB,

There is no POI at this place.  I think you are just confused by the map display, but try this experiment to see that it's normal.  Take the 44.3878426,7.5448768 in the URL and randomly change some digits, such as making it 44.5878426,7.1448768.  You will find that no matter what you make the coordinates; as long as they are still valid you will get the same view on the map.

That looks like the remnants of a POI which has been deleted. The icon usually disappears after a while as well, in fact on the live map I can't see it https://www.google.it/maps/@44.3878467,7.5448949,21z

Re: Delete a "malformed" marker?

the marker finally disappeared...

i found another one:

https://www.google.com/maps/place//@44.3808096,7.5388894,20z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xb552440553bd1ddb!...

(and i think no one can see it... just me)

i will check on next days if this new marker disappears also... just to understand if these POI are temporary remnant of deleted places.
