Categories of a place

One of our difficult reviews is we can't find the right category for the place we added it, i think every country has local category, so we need the category upgrade from google office at every country, because the wrong category made the questions we has to answer it is wrong too

Not sure all of these categories are available through Maps, but certainly are available on Google MyBusiness.

Please be aware that the lists Lucio shares are quite outdated, even if you are using them for GMB.

Google is aware of discrepancies between the languages and between the old Map Maker list and the current Maps list.  They are working on updating the category lists for Maps.  In many cases, however, the issue might be that the category does not exist because the feature you are trying to add to the map is not permitted.

Additionally, there is only one subset of the categories that is editable within Maps, the subset that is commonly known as the establishment subset.  This subset is largely composed of businesses.  If the category you want to use is in another subset you will not be able to directly edit the feature, but will have to ask Google to do it for you via Send Feedback -> Other Feedback.

To determine if the category you want to use is appropriate I would suggest making a post that gives all the information for the place and states what category you sought to use.
