Show Reviews as "Edited" When Revised

With the recent addition of hashtags and other features, I think that it would be great if reviews that we have written in the past would be observed and marked as "edited" rather than "just posted."

For example, if I edit a review I wrote from 5 months ago to make a correction or add hashtags, it will update the review as "just posted." However, I feel this is questionable because if there have been changes made to a location (style, menu, etc) I reviewed months ago and I have not been back recently, it may be confusing or misleading to those who see the review as recently being posted rather than edited.

Thanks @sonnyNg , i did go back and had a 4 star experience and got the slight feeling the manager was a tad annoyed not getting a 5 but i take these reviews seriously; hope this suggestion passes!
