Connect 2.0 Live: Overlapping UI Issues

As Connect 2.0 is Live now.  I am createing new thread from those reported in Preview stage.

In this thread, I will post any UI overlapping issues as found.

Connect Menu is being overlapped by a white horizontal row:

Announcements menuitem is being covered

Help Desk menuitem is being covered

1.  Post a reply

2.  At the "Posted" confirmation page, open Connect Menu

3.  Scroll the Menu up and down, a visually static horizontal white row is covering the Connect menuitems in that particular position.

I'm not sure when this problem arose, as it was there already when I looked at 'who kudoed an Idea' for the first time, and that was indeed this weekend.

I just had a look just now and the problem is still there @GeorgesHR

When I open the My Profile page, some of the badge icons are cut off

 This is the case on my Android phone.

I have just come across another one: on closed Ideas, the preview of the close reason spills into the next screen element

Hello @MashaPS, I was specifically creating separate Ideas for each of them as I have seen Ideas with status Closed and as reason for closing '2 separate ideas in 1 post'

Anyhow: if everything is supposed to end up in 1 single thread (which makes perfect sense), please also merge these into it:

Same issue on several platforms...  Huawei P10 lite and Chrome on Android..

Hello @YK1001, I just stumbled upon another one, but only In very specific circumstances: I received an email as I was mentioned in a comment, so I clicked on the link in the mail, and then landed on the page but not logged in. Then I clicked on the 3 points on that comment and... see screenshot

When I logged in an tried to reproduce, this did not work, it's only there when not logged in

Yes, I do find some issues is hard to reproduce.

Hello Local Guides ,

                                               After the update 2.0 connect has become a much better place for lot of local guides .

There is a correction i want to share , when we want to comment on any post in comment the text in the comment section does not disappear as soon as we start writing unlike the Describe your Idea box where it disappears .

It that is eliminated it will be much better .

My pictures can help understand what i mean .
