Award certificates to Local Guides at different levels

We request google map team to provide a certificate for local guides as mentioned below

Level 1 to Level 5: Participation Certificate – Soft copy by email.

Level 5 to Level 7: Certificate and Appreciation Letter Hard copy.

Level 8 to Level 9: Certificate (Hard Copy), Appreciation Letter (Hard Copy) and Gifts from Google.

Level 10: Certificate (Hard Copy), Appreciation Letter (Hard Copy) and Gifts from Google and discount on google products.

Implementation: For google it takes less than a month.

Cost: Very Less.

Advantages: It motivates local guides and they work for it. New local guides will join to get certificates.

Note: To avoid fraud certificates, Local Guides Certificate can be verified from google maps website with a serial number or registration number.

Google should give some perk to local guide which are consistent in there effort for unconditionally improving maps. Like google can send some goodies or even can give certificates or acknowledgment that can be useful. They can also award them for when they reach level 6 or similar like YouTube gives when they have 1million follower.

It has already been suggested, that is why I am merging it with Award certificates to Local Guides at different levels.

Fantastic idea. 

Guides should receive gifts, especially at LOWER LEVELS gifts should only be something that would help with local guiding, for example "Google Local Guide" branded wearables like caps bags and clothing, even if we pay the postage. This can only help raise awareness of the local guide activities in the area and will help the guides credibility when approaching local business owners for information or helping the less tech savvy owners claim their business and update the info.

Higher levels maybe Play credit and Max levels money off Google and their partners products.
