just go to home page of local guide home page and select on start discussion.Screenshot (15).png

Thank you for your great information.Actually i am interested to create a community.I got the inspiration from the ERP system Dubai to post some new information about the google map.Can i proceed to add my ideas in this website as community?

Hi @iDepp to create a community, open your G+ page, and choose the link "communities" in the left. Then, try searching an already existent community in your area, and if it's not present, click the button Create. Always remember to follow the guidelines for communities: https://support.google.com/local-guides/answer/6273834
