How to add a village ?

please, am in my village and is not on the map how can I use my app on my phone to map the place

@Yayasark due to political reason adding new village is disabled  by google ...

we r now able to add point of interests .. Like as Restaurants, Building, School, College etc

i used to add village by using "Map Maker" but later on google removed the village 

option .
