my google business Reviews by my patients

My google business account which is for health care purposes was Seen on dark web through a monitoring alert service called life lock. nce then my brother who is my partner doctor in my practice complains that google local has been deleting our patients reviews up to a total of 14 we have contacted google and our own patients have contacted google and we don’t know what to do? Many of my contributions have been removed as well. What should we do? - did not match any answers in Local Guides Help.
