Your current profile picture in Connect is from your Google account. So by changing your photo in your Google+ account,your Connect profile photo will be changed.

Hi, if you mean the orange, blue or green picture frame, those are something reserved to some categories of users.

Blue is for Community moderators (as like me)

Green is for Top Contributors (maybe i will get one soon)

Orange badge is granted to LG from LEVEL 3 and above.

@Naiem there is nothing special in the frame in my profile picture 😉 It's not an automatic feature, is home made, as for everyone else 😉
